| As part of our commitments to our members, our primary objective is to improve industry standards by ensuring that payments of each invoices between our members are settled within the agreed time frame. And it is our obligation to our members that GSLA will be a 100% debt free network with reputable freight forwarders with good standing in the industry as our members. |

| We have also hired the professionals from the industry to develop an absolute debt free network. The debt freight collection agency will not be charging any of our members as you are part of GSLA. GSLA will take up the issues directly with the collection agency and also make sure that defaulted agents are black listed in the industry and their names will be published on all possible options and media. |
