| GSLA now offers an opportunity to our members to become part of the network as the share holders of the network. Unlike many other similar networks, first time in the history of freight forwarding associations, we are extending an opportunity for our members to become a FOUNDER MEMBER and thereby a part of the promoters and organizers of the association. |

| As a FOUNDER MEMBER, you will be eligible for the following: |
- You will be listed as FOUNDER MEMBER in our website, all broachers,
magazines, all meetings and conferences.
- The FOUNDER MEMBER will be 1% share holder of the network.
- Exclusive representation in the respective country.
- Free listing of all branches within the respective country.
- Eligible to vote for the council and can becomes a council member.
- Free SRMS cover upto USD 5000.00 per year between the members of
GSLA and subject to the final approval by GSLA after reweaving the back
ground of the members, those are involved. The claim is limited to only one
time in a calendar year by a FOUNDER MEMBER. For further details,
